Best investment I made. Working with Bobby and Josh made the decision to get the standup tub easy. They have a crusade to help people who are in need to have this tub and make it affordable and not inflated over 20k. They have a heart about this business. Also when Josh did my install they said it would be from 8 to 12 noon and he would be done. Josh got it done by 10am. Super fast! We spoke with other companies They said it would be 2 days and that they need to change my water heater. Bobby was very friendly and really concerned about my well being because he knew I could not lift my leg over the tub. He really made this whole process easy because he cares tremendously. Also, when I use the tub, it was the best experience ever. The jets were out of this world, and I wasn’t afraid for my life to get in and out of the tub literally. So if you’re on the fence of working with them or using their product, go for it to great investment and peace of mind.

I already had two walk-in tubs in Phoenix from different companies, but I was intrigued by Mayo's offerings and gave them a call. The sales process with Mayo was wonderful. The team members who came for the installation were excellent, showing up on time and completing the job efficiently. I'm very pleased with their professionalism. My favorite feature of the Mayo walk-in tub is the ability to lay down and enjoy a soaking bath, which I find incredibly relaxing. I would rate Mayo Walk-In Tubs at five stars, as we're very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.
